The couple's first date was at Overeasy @ One Fullerton, Singapore. What began as a casual chat about life and things they liked, blossomed into fun and laughter. They clicked almost instantly, growing comfortable with one another as the questions became deeper and their shared faith and beliefs came naturally into the conversation.

They ended their time at the diner with prayer and went on to play at the digital football machine where Sharon beat Lawrence at the game and also stole his heart. On their next date, things went so smooth both of them couldn't help but express how they felt about one another. Over time, they continued to grow in confidence of how God brought them together for a purpose and how they aligned so well in their thoughts and views.
